Now the combining of two effective technologies is possible with the new “Integrated Series™” infrared / convection ovens. Unlike other designs with alternating chambers of infrared and convection, the “Integrated Series™” combines, in a single chamber, the flexibility of convection and the efficiency and speed of infrared. One tunnel, fully integrated takes the “line of sight” factor out of the equation. With our “patent pending” grid extensions, air can be recirculated inside the oven without fear of emitter surface cooling, which can greatly effect the oven efficiency. The duct distribution system, located along the floor of the tunnel is standard, however side or top distribution can also be utilized depending on the application. The “Integrated Series™” ovens now offer a solution to complex shape curing.
