DYE SUBLIMATION DRYER

BBC Industries has designed a dryer to sublimate inks on textiles. This unit conveniently rolls up to your printer sublimating quickly and easily.

Used in conjunction with the printer’s take-up system entire rolls of fabric may be processed to completion – no need to move the roll to a heat setter machine.

LB06-4000 Direct to garment Conveyor Dryer

The LB06-4000 was designed in conjunction with digital to garment printer manufacturers. The production version provides a 40 second cure, eliminating extra handling and allowing the operator to cure multiple shirts continuously. The color of the print remains intense and vibrant. Costly ink stays on the shirt not on the transfer paper.

BLACK FLASH - MEGA FLASH

BBC has designed the first ever 28”x 28” flash cure unit for the market. This unit is capable of flash an image up to 26” x 26”. There is no more need to do multiple flashes on one image with this one. With the ever-growing business comes an ever-growing image size. Now there is a flash to keep up production speeds while staying on top of the industry.

Auto Flash

Automatic Press owners will find this unique design enables the operator to insert a Black Flash® heater at any print head. The adjustable bracket will fit many automatic presses. One person can easily install or move this light weight 27 lbs heater to just the right flash position. The Auto FLASH™ provides 18"x18" of heat which is adjustable up to 3400 watts.
