Overview of Products
Black Body® Automated Packaging Systems
Black Body® Shrink Packaging Systems combine advanced infrared heat transfer
technology with imaginative engineering and design to create a series of systems
that have the capabilities and flexibility to provide specific solutions to a
wide range of packaging situations. Practical and efficient solutions in situations
where other packaging methods prove ineffective.
Black Body® Industrial Electric Infrared Ovens
Black Body® Processing and Curing Systems are custom designed to achieve
your exact surface finishing needs. With the Black Body® curing ovens,
energy is reduced by targeting the infrared heat to the product. Unlike convection
heat, infrared uses less energy to acheive the correct product temperature.
Black Body® Infrared Heaters and Accessories for the
Screenprinting Industry
Introduced in 1982, the Black Flash® has since become the industry standard
in flash/spot cure units. Manual or automatic, the Black Flash® is available
in a wide range of sizes, wattages and voltages to suit any screenprinting
application.
Wide Format Print Dryer
Since 2002 BBC Industries has worked closely with wide format digital printer manufacturers developing an infrared heater to meet their customer’s specifications. Wide format printers now have the ability to lay down ink faster than it can dry at room temperature. The DigiDri totally eliminates ink outgassing and wait times for laminating or rolling, and does not depend on your media to transfer the heat. The dryer sits near the face of your print. By the nature of infrared it dries from the inside out, providing a full cure without deforming your substrate. May also be used to preheat your substrate.
Comfort Heat Overview
The UL approved Thermazone® product line provides comfortable heating with thermal efficiency indoors or outdoors. Infrared heat is directed only where you want it; energy dollars are not spent wastefully heating the air. Time will not be wasted changing bulbs, cleaning dirty reflectors or worrying about reflector corrosion.
