Dual Force® S7000C Compression System

The Dual Force® S7000C Compression System is designed for automated, in-line conveyorized operations. It consists of the popular S7000 Shrink-Wrap Oven, a hydraulic operated scissors lift, a fully automatic adjusting compression platen or a stationary compression platen and powered conveyors. Systems can also be designed for pallet-less loads which are compressed, shrink-wrapped and indexed on to a corrugate slip-sheet automatically. These systems are very conducive to food applications where wood pallets are not an option as a substrate.

Compressed and shrink-wrapped loads lower shipping expenses. More pallets can be loaded in trailers reducing packaging expenses. A single shrink bag elimates costly top frames, straps and stretch wrap.
